Established for the construction, maintenance, continuation, and improvement of the Bloomer Athletic Complex.  The complex houses the Bloomer Area Chamber of Commerce and health-related businesses. The Complex hosts school swim day and is the site of the competitive youth swim team.  Visit the courtyard outside and the gathering tables in the lobby to connect with your community.
